2020 BMW X7 vs 2019 BMW X7

Serving Milwaukee, WI

In 2019, BMW introduced the X7 as its top-of-the-line crossover SUV. This is a full-size crossover SUV with refined features throughout its cabin and exciting capabilities behind the wheel. The 2020 BMW X7 reflects all of the attributes and styling from the first year’s X7 that you may have fallen in love with, and it reveals a few improvements that boost its appeal further. Our BMW of Milwaukee North associates will not rest until you are driving home in a luxury crossover SUV that you love.

The 2019 and 2020 BMW X7 are equipped with a twin-power turbo inline-six engine that delivers 335 horsepower in the core model. The SUV’s capabilities are elevated by advanced equipment like xDrive and intelligent all-wheel drive. For 2020, BMW introduces the X7 M50i trim. This trim will impress you with 523 horsepower produced by a V8 engine. Its mechanical features are comparable to those in the X7’s core model.

As an all-new SUV model in 2019, the BMW X7 has an unrelenting style that reflects modern sophistication coupled with a powerful edge. The 2020 BMW X7’s exterior features and design are unchanged. The profile exhibits practical ground clearance, a tall cabin, and modest angles through the hood and roof. The multi-elemental headlights have a smoky finish, and they are directly linked to the two-part grille. Below the grille, the black air vent shows off beefy end caps. You will find an upper personality line that angles cleanly to the rear and a chrome-accented bar on the lower panels through the sides. A chrome accent piece connects the rear lights, and quad exhaust tips finish off the X7’s style.

Throughout the interior, the BMW X7 is comparable between the 2019 and 2020 versions. All three rows are decorated with premium materials and have beautiful accent stitching. Metal and wood elevate the X7s décor. Throughout the interior, you can appreciate easy-fold rear seats, memory and heat functions for the front row, an MBUX infotainment system, digital displays for the instrumentation gauges, a crystal gear shifter, ambient lighting, a rotary selector for the driving modes, smart device integration, voice recognition, a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, a rear entertainment system, and other equipment.
